I am so pleased to be part of the MPM team. I have over 8 years’ experience as a Medical PA and really enjoy it. I’ll always aim to be the polite and friendly secretary patient’s feel at ease with and the efficient and professional colleague consultants enjoy working with. Knowing I have done my best to ensure patients and the consultant have received the best support I can provide is what gives me the greatest job satisfaction.

My medical experience has been in Neurology, Neuromuscular, Oncology, Orthopaedics, ENT, Dermatology, Gynaecology, Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery but I love to get involved in new specialities to widen my knowledge. In my spare time I love to be active, get out and enjoy nature and then bake sweet treats as my reward for all that exercise!

It is a great pleasure being part of the MPM team.

I started out in the NHS in 2009 where I progressed through different fields gaining a vast array of experience which lead me to being a medical secretary within a GP surgery in 2014.

In 2019 I transitioned into private practice where I have worked for a wide range of doctors and surgeons running their practice, being the first point of call when arranging appointments and being there each step of the way throughout the process.

I have been working with MPM since April 2021

Hi, I’m Emanuela! I’m a Medical PA with experience in dermatology, haematology, general paediatrics, and psychiatry. I’m friendly, adaptable, and love the variety that comes with working in healthcare, no two days are ever quite the same!

What I enjoy most about my role is supporting patients and clinicians and knowing that even small things can make a big difference to someone’s day. I always find myself asking, “If I were the patient, what level of care, attention, and treatment would I want?” That question guides everything I do and motivates me to be accurate, honest, and precise in my work.

 When I’m not at work, you’ll usually find me tending to my garden, playing armchair detective on Reddit, or dreaming about my next seaside escape. Give me sunshine, salt water, and a good mystery to solve, and I’m in my happy place!

My medical experience covers most fields, including Orthopaedics, Cardiology, Neurology, Dermatology, Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, Paediatrics, ENT, General Practice, Plastic Surgery, and Oncology.

Lately, the majority of my work has been in Medicolegal practice.

Sarah's bio

Over 25 years (yikes) administrative experience with the last 10 specialising in the medical sector, with nine of those spent at MPM.

I love helping patients and making them feel like someone is listening and can help.

My medical experience covers Anaesthetics, Cardiology, Dermatology, Gynaecology and Orthopaedics with a specialist knowledge of most things gastrointestinal.

I’m familiar with Semble, Carebit, DGL as well as other smaller practice manager solutions. I have also nurtured lots of relationships with hospitals in the HCA, Spire, Ramsay and Circle groups having a good working knowledge of their systems and services.

When I have free time my 11 year old usually “steals” it but I do love detective novels, all things 1920’s and singing at the top of my voice like no-one can hear me!

About ten years ago, I moved to managing private medical practice, and then four years ago, I transitioned laterally to becoming a medical PA. I believe compassion is my best trait. My name is Charlene, and I’m a qualified Medical Secretary with over 20 years of experience in the medical industry, working with a variety of specialists. I hold AMSPAR Level 2 & 3 qualifications and a Diploma in Medical Secretary.

I have worked with multiple systems, including Carebit, Semble, DGL, Dropbox, and OneDrive. My experience includes managing clinics from start to finish—handling appointment bookings, coordinating tests and procedures, managing billing, and responding to patient and consultant emails.

Now working with MPM, I bring my expertise in medical administration to support both practitioners and patients with efficient, high-quality service.

I have over 20 years' experience as a Medical PA, Medico-legal PA and Practice Manager.  

I have experience providing PA support to senior management and executive teams within NHS organisations.
My medical experience includes neurosurgery, neurology, neuromuscular, paediatrics, hepatology, gastroenterology, urology, cardiac surgery, gynaecology and obstetrics, orthopaedics, oncology and psychiatry (neurodivergence).

I am a highly experienced medical and legal PA with over 26 years’ experience, providing comprehensive support within both medical and legal settings. I have extensive experience in the preparation and management of medico-legal reports, alongside specialist support across cardiology, psychiatry, orthopaedics, dermatology, neuropsychology, gynaecology, gastroenterology and ENT.

My background includes working closely with consultants, solicitors and wider clinical teams, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality and efficiency at every stage of the process. I am highly organised, detail-focused and accustomed to managing complex workloads while meeting strict deadlines, supported by relevant PA training, including ADHD awareness where helpful.

I have worked with MPM for the past four years, developing a strong understanding of their processes, standards and expectations.

Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, yoga and swimming.

I have over twenty six years experience as a Medical Secretary/PA with twenty of these in the private sector. 

I have extensive knowledge and experience in the following specialities; Andrology, Dermatology, General Surgery, Neurology, Neuroradiology, Orthopaedics, Paediatrics (Neurodevelopment and Epilepsy) Pain Management, Psychiatry, Sports Medicine and Urology.  I have worked within the NHS, The Priory Group, Nuffield Health and Circle Healthcare.  I am always looking to add new specialities to my repertoire. 

I have worked as a part of a clinical research team providing administrative support for drug trials for Pfizer. 

I have a special interest and experience in medico-legal work covering all specialities. 

I take pride in my work and enjoy what I do. Your patients become my patients and they will be taken care of from start to finish. 

In my spare time I like to unwind with my friends and family.  I enjoy paddle boarding and swimming.

I have over six years of experience across both NHS and private healthcare settings. I have worked in a wide range of specialties, including ENT, gynaecology, neurosurgery, rheumatology, cardiothoracic surgery, heart transplantation and paediatrics.

I am known for being an approachable and effective communicator and I take pride in supporting both patients and consultants to create calmer, more positive healthcare experiences. Patient care is always at the heart of what I do.

When I’m not at work, you’ll usually find me out walking, keeping up with Formula 1 or planning my next travel adventure.

I have over 15 years of experience in the private healthcare sector, including 13 years as a medical secretary with extensive expertise in medical transcription across multiple specialties. My experience spans gynaecology, obstetrics, neurosurgery, rheumatology, pain management, spinal orthopaedics, psychiatry, and urology.

For almost a year, I have been working with MPM, supporting psychiatrists who specialise in ADHD. This role has strengthened my understanding of the clinical, administrative, and patient-focused demands of mental health services, ensuring accurate documentation, efficient workflows, and high standards of confidentiality and care.

I am passionate about supporting clinicians in running effective, well-organised practices. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors.

I have over 15 years of experience within the NHS and Private Practice.

I have knowledge of a wide range of areas and specialties, including, Orthopaedics, Paediatrics, Psychiatry, Older Persons Mental Health, ADHD, Gastroenterology and Dentistry. Although throughout my career I have touched on many areas within all the environments I have worked and am therefore not afraid to learn new specialities, nor new computer systems.

I have supported administration within GP surgeries as well as Secretarial services including the Choose and Book service.

I enjoy supporting others and enjoy learning new areas.

I love to go to the theatre and spend time with my family, friends and of course my dog and I love being part of the MPM team.

I have worked in private healthcare for 20 years, starting in my teens as bank support at BMI Fawkham Manor Hospital (when it still existed), moving to Blackheath Hospital in theatres for a whirlwind four years after university and then becoming a PA for the last 12 years. 
I take pride in looking after patients and consultants alike, managing schedules, keeping footfall high and bringing in positive feedback.
I have experience with a wealth of specialties from my theatres days, and as a PA I have worked with gynaecology, general surgery, pain management, respiratory medicine, cardiology, oncology, ophthalmology, orthopaedics, endocrinology, neurosurgery and psychiatry. I am proficient with most practice systems including DGL, Carebit, Semble and Midex Pro, as well as most of the hospital systems including those for Circle Health, HCA and The London Clinic. 
Outside of work I love nothing more than spending time with family, getting outside with the dog, exploring new places and good food!

Vikki's Bio

I am an experienced PA having covered both corporate and medical arenas.  For the last 16 years I have been working as a VA. 

My main clinical experience has been within Orthopaedics and Psychiatry.  I have transcribed clinical letters in various specialities including Gynaecology, Neurology, Oncology and Urology. 

 Alongside the above I also have medicolegal experience which involves obtaining all necessary records from various sources, organising appointments, and transcribing detailed reports.

 For the consultant I think the experience I have gained over the years will enable me to remove the majority of administrative tasks from their inbox, keep their office running smoothly and hopefully have them wonder how they managed without me.

For the patient I remain calm at the end of the phone when a patient may be in pain and stressed around their condition and will always go the extra mile to assist them. 

 Away from work I have two Maine Coon cats who sometimes assist me at my desk.  I do love a good crime or medical series, be that true stories or fiction.  However once a month on a Friday evening you will find me at the local deli which hosts a taster menu alongside wine tasting.  It’s a small venue with a lovely community atmosphere which is great for the last Friday of the month.

 I am looking forward to the journey ahead with the team at MPM.

Megan's Bio

Meg brings over 10 years of healthcare administration experience, having managed private practices on Harley Street including dermatology and women’s health/menopause clinics. She has extensive experience in psychiatry and ADHD services, having worked across secure forensic psychiatry, private ADHD clinics, and psychiatric wards. She has supported Consultant Psychiatrists specializing in ADHD, managing patient pathways, clinical correspondence, and complex care coordination. Her background also includes working as an Occupational Therapy Assistant on psychiatric wards, giving her a deep understanding of mental health services from both clinical and administrative perspectives.

As a Medical PA and Executive Assistant, Meg has worked with healthcare directors and senior clinicians across various specialties. She’s known for her calm, efficient approach, handling complex diary management, sensitive patient data, and streamlining administrative processes with discretion and professionalism.

Outside of work, Meg enjoys nature walks with her daughter and two dogs, and loves to bake when she gets the chance. She’s passionate about bringing order to busy healthcare practices and takes pride in being a reliable, professional support for clinicians.
