Annabel has significant involvement with the day to day running of MPM.

With over 24 years’ diverse experience, Annabel brings specialist expertise to virtual medical assistance with a range of professional services that few PAs can match.

Having previously worked in both medical and legal roles as well as the education sector before deciding to set up her own business, she is thrilled to be providing the bespoke private practice service she feels the medical industry, now more than ever is looking for.

Annabel has many years experience both within the NHS and private sector and has successfully run and helped grow many private practices herself working in partnership alongside her consultants. This in depth experience and knowledge of the Medical PA role enables her to work with you to choose the right dedicated PA for you.

Medical Practice Management Ltd was created out of Annabel’s vision to provide personal, professional remote practice management support to consultants in private practice saving them money and time, enabling their private practices to grow.

The experienced Medical and Medicolegal PAs on board at MPM go through a stringent onboarding process – Annabel meets and interviews each and every PA ensuring they are the right fit for MPM and understand the importance of providing second to none support, in partnership with you.

Ben has a background in management, organising work schedules as well as managing multiple teams, ensuring good communication on all levels as well as day to day problem-solving. Within MPM Ben will provide support for our consultants, healthcare providers and team members.

Marie Martin

Marie's bio

I work behind the scenes making sure the books are balanced and the maths adds up.

After working in science and data handling for 15 years the move to financial data handling was the perfect jump to give flexibility for myself and my small family. When I’m not crunching numbers; I’m running round after them!

MPM is a lovely professional and friendly team to work with and I enjoy it immensely.

Gillie Atkins

Gillie's Bio

I have over thirty years of experience as a medical secretary/medical administrator. As well as working extensively in the NHS, both on the clinical side and in postgraduate medical education, I ran a medical administration company, working for a consortium of consultants, for over ten years.

I enjoy new challenges and so am excited to have joined MPM!

In my spare time, I enjoy singing and am a member of Rock Choir.  I also enjoy going to concerts and festivals.

I’m delighted to be with MPM working as Gillie’s ‘right-hand woman’ and looking after our brilliant team of PAs. I have over 30 years experience in administrative roles, mainly in management and I’ve worked in a few different industries including time within the NHS.

Outside of work I love to listen to and watch music (music is life!) run and follow the F1.

My mission is to work hard to make sure I can get away with the family on as many holidays and see as much of the world as is humanly possible!
