In today’s fast-paced and ever-changing environment it’s important to have a team working in partnership with you, understanding your practice as well as your patients’ needs. Someone who is there to advise, support and guide you through the intricacies of setting up and managing your practice.

Our mission.

MPM was founded on a belief that it is possible to provide excellent practice management support whilst enabling you to save money and time and reduce stress.

With over 22 years of experience in the healthcare sector Annabel and her team have a mission to provide a better solution to consultants in private practice and by doing so, better serve their patients.

Our story.

The adminstratve pressure that clinics can experience either due to holiday, sickness, training new starters or rapid expansion means billing, patient notes and front of house admin can fall behind. In exploring how this could be eliminated it became apparent that outsourcing was the way forward and MPM was created to support busy consultants in 2014.

Starting in Annabel’s home office, MPM has now grown considerably, supporting practices in London and throughout the UK, with a team of excellent, fully qualified, insured and GDPR compliant PAs, transcribers and practice managers.

Whether that is transcribing, taking calls, liaising with patients, hospitals, solicitors and agencies, attending virtual consultations, managing social media or creating logos and branding. Our aim is to provide a consistent relationship and to advise and guide new and rapidly expanding practices and surgeries in respect of their administrative needs.
